Media Studio is operated by Maxinomics ("we", "us", or "our"). We build creative production software and are dedicated to respecting your privacy and protecting the information you share with us.
Information we collect
We collect account details (such as your name, email address, and authentication identifiers), workspace content (including scripts, prompts, audio files, and media assets), usage records (such as operational metrics and activity timestamps), and technical logs (such as IP addresses, browser types, and error logs).
How we use information
We use collected information to authenticate you, provide and operate the Media Studio service, fulfill media and AI generation requests, maintain workspace collaboration, diagnose operational issues, and maintain system security.
Service providers
We rely on trusted third-party service providers to deliver hosting, database, artificial intelligence, and platform functionality. Our service providers include Supabase, Vercel, Amazon Web Services, fal.ai, Google, ElevenLabs, xAI, E2B, Tavily, and Slack. Each service provider processes information solely on our behalf under strict confidentiality and security commitments.
Retention
We retain your personal information, workspace content, and activity data while your account or workspace exists. When an account or workspace is removed, we delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our operational lifecycle.
Your choices
You may review, export, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. Under your choices, you can email us at phil@maxinomics.com to ask for a copy or deletion of your data, or to close your account.
Security
We maintain organizational and technical security measures designed to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission or digital storage system is completely invulnerable.
Children
Media Studio is not intended for or directed toward children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When updates occur, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of Media Studio after changes take effect indicates your acknowledgment of the updated policy.
