Agreement
By accessing or using Media Studio, provided by Maxinomics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the service.
The service
Media Studio is a creative production platform for scripting, audio, video generation, and media collaboration. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account or workspace. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Your content
You retain full ownership of all scripts, media files, prompts, and materials that you submit or produce within Media Studio. You grant Maxinomics a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, and display your content solely as necessary to operate and deliver the service to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Media Studio for any unlawful purpose, to generate infringing or abusive materials, or to interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the platform and its underlying infrastructure.
Third-party services
Media Studio integrates with specialized cloud and AI infrastructure providers. Content generation runs through third-party providers, and your use of generation features is subject to the terms and usage policies of those respective providers.
Fees
No fees are charged today for accessing or using Media Studio. We reserve the right to introduce subscription tiers or usage fees in the future, subject to reasonable advance notice.
Suspension and termination
Either side may end the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to Media Studio immediately if you violate these terms, and you may discontinue using the platform or delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maxinomics disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding Media Studio, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maxinomics and its officers, directors, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Media Studio.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. When updates occur, we will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of Media Studio after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
